3. Availability of items
We have sufficient stocks which allow us to process your order in 7 days maximum. If we are unable to fulfill an order within 15 days, you will be notified by post, email or telephone.
4. Price
Prices indicated in Swiss francs are deemed net including tax. The applicable VAT is Swiss VAT at 7.7%. All prices may be subject to shipping costs calculated during the order tunnel. They are subject to change at any time without notice. The price is payable in full and in a single payment when ordering. All orders are invoiced in Swiss francs and payable in Swiss francs.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs include a contribution to preparation, packaging and postage costs. They are fixed and are calculated based on the destination of the order.

Deliveries are made to your home. The average delivery time is 1-2 days for French-speaking Switzerland and 2 to 3 days for German-speaking Switzerland, but it does not constitute a strict deadline and Cave de la Rameau SA cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery or stock shortage.
Please note: if you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt and deadlines will be extended accordingly.
8. Right of withdrawal and product conformity
You benefit from a right of withdrawal which can be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days following the date of receipt of the product, the exercise of this right must be the subject of an unambiguous written declaration via our contact form or by mail at your expense.
